Got a SIM that never worked and got charged 40 quid for it. When I tried to complain, they told me my account was overdue and that it had been passed to a collection agency. To get rid of them, I told them to just charge the 40 quid to my debit card and they refused. Apparently they need me to waste more of my time in trying to pay charges that I should not have to pay, for a service that does not work. To top it all off, the customer rep decided it was best that he yell at me when telling me all this. Ugh, such poor customer service for a pathetic product.
