“deposit problem”

We hired a car through RIGHT CARS from Glasgow on 24th July 2014 for 3 days, collection of the vehicle went ok, however we were not aware that there was a deposit of £350.00 required - there was no information anywhere on the paperwork to say this. We paid by credit card and were very pleased with the
vehicle.
We returned it on time and met up with the man at their office, the car was checked over and we were told our deposit would be returned to us via the accounts office, this would take up to 15 working days ? We have waited and up to yet no deposit has been returned to our credit card. Emails and phone calls have passed backwards and forwards but as yet today the 26th August our only option is to go via our credit card bank to return this money to our account.

No way would I recommend this company - be aware
