“Beyond the Call of Duty!”

We had 4 appliances purchased and all sent very quickly and well packaged. I had ordered an under work top double oven instead of a built in oven. Phoned Boots about 3 pm and explained my predicament. Despite the fact I had unwrapped the oven a correct replacement was sent by noon next day at no cost. Now that's service!
