“roomy, sturdy and stylish”

My 17in lapton Kanken has plenty of space for all my textbooks and notebooks as well as the numerous extras. If I could change anything, however, I'd love a couple more smaller, outside-access pockets for items such as pens and phone that require easy, fast, and frequent access.
The only other thing I'm not crazy about it the way the cross straps push into the top of my back while wearing the backpack. I can foresee that will be annoying.
