worst holiday booking company I have ever used..NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...20 MINUTES TO ANSWER PHONE..NO ONLINE WEB CHAT COS TOO BUSY, IF LUCKTY ENOUGH GET AN ANWERSIN 20 MINUTES, BUT RARELY GET ANY ANSWER. I have booked many holidays with other companies and would NEVER USE ONTHEBEACH AGAIN. nO HELP AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS , ONCE YOU PAY, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN, THAT MUST BE THEIR MOTTO.I really hope others take note of this review, it is the foirst I have ever written, but felt compelled.as so disappointed with the service. Wish I had realised before boking
