I took a policy online then they said you need to call to get it done when u called the person said I entered wrong title of my name and my mileage was incorrect then he increased the quote by another £30 and the next day I decided to cancel it and it was the worst day of my life I called them they started to transfer me to another department and kept me on hold for. 20min and then they cut the phone I had the same problem for the next 5 times I called finally then I spoke to someone and he logged the cancellation and then he said you need to email us to cancel further then that they charged me 10% and then they said u will get the rest back in 3-5 days then I didn't I called again and the same thing again called 4 times then I emailed again still waiying for my money I have contacted FCA and I hope they revoke there licence .
