Unacceptable behaviour! First, they booked me wrong flight,than tried to persuade me to take the flight,which had awfull flight-times and when i came back from the holiday, i found out that they charged me twice.called their CS department and after two weeks of daily calls they finaly took the blame and said they will refund me.still no money...now i have to take legal actions...
