“TRANSFAST IN NOT FAST ITS TRANSSLOW”

Im saying this because of super slow service i always experience whenever i send money to a new recipient. i did the transaction august 20, called customer service for verification of my account hoping it will make the processing faster. they took the money from my account august 22. its now august 27, still waiting. its already afternoon so i dont know if im waiting for nothing again. i dont recommend their services most especially if you have other option to send money, go somewhere else. i signed up here because of winter which is 6 months every year, so its a great alternative if i cannot go out to send money. well, if yo have time i advise you send money at least 10 days before your recipient needs it. But in the philippines we know they need money all the time, right? if you're like me who has no choice but to be stucked by their very poor service, all i can say is goodluck to us.
