Whilst their customer service is good, their products are only as good as the third party supplier they subcontract the work to. Also promises and agreements are made with regards to delivery / collection times that the 3rd party usually has no knowledge of.
Their pricing cannot usually be beaten by the company delivering the goods, as they can get a good discount due to the volume of work given to the 3rd party.
The use of 3rd party suppliers is not an issue, as such, but it would be good if the messages made it through to the delivering company. To be closed on the Friday before the Bank Holiday weekend, when there is a delivery on route, can make the afternoon frustrating, and concerning as to whether or not you have been forgotten.
I am happy enough with the pricing to use them again, but now I know which company is likely to be doing the delivering, I am able to liaise with them directly to ensure that they have the correct delivery details, and to get an idea of their arrival time. After all, my clients need their work done on time.
