“worst company I have ever dealt with ”

we entered all the details correctly online and agreed the quote and paid the deposit next thing they rang us and the price had gone up £300 they said the money taken was for the quote not to be insured ( I have never heard anything as crazy in my life) have spent over 3 hours on phone being put on hold and passed to different depts was promised call backs that never happened, still trying to get the money refunded so we can set up the policy with a reputable company. Would advise anyone to stay away from them they are practicing unlawful payments for a service they can not provide at the price they quote it is theft whichever way you look at it, I am disgusted that things like this can happen in this day and age with technology as it is. I will also be reporting them to the FSA and FOS I hope they get shut down for unlawful practice.
