Two weeks ago I thought I had switch to Primus as my provider for landline & Broadband.I did this by phone, providing all the information I was asked for including my Bank details. I have not had any communication from Primus since. Today I phoned to enquire of progress giving the referance number I was given if I had any quiries and was told that number was no use.
After 20 minuets on the phone most of which was on hold while the person who took my call " was asking someone for help " I was eventually asked if I wanted to switch to Primus as my provider. My answer was no. This isanother example the not existant customer service.The saying about paenuts and monkeys seens to apply.
NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT MY SWITCHING TO PRIMUS AND ADVISE ANYONE WHO READS THIS TO THINK AGAIN
