“Can't competently change a wheel!!”

Called the AA out to change a wheel, despite car maker providing pictures on how to do it the AA mechanic had no idea and caused £100s worth of damage to the car. My claim for compensation was badly handled, would not accept responsibility, I was ignored for several weeks and the whole claim took almost 2 months before I got some compensation, my request for a hire car whilst mine was fixed was ignored and I ended up out of pocket. I wrote to all 7 directors of the AA to complain at a higher level(some letters to home addresses) and all 7 letters have been ignored. Once they have your money they do not care - avoid as I certainly will!
