had a htc one silver, smashed the screen after 2 days of getting the phone then 2 days after that my usb charging port decided to melt so could no longer charge or use my phone at all.
claim form got posted they where a bit slow. they pretended it took 2 weeks to receive my claim form but i think it was just so they got another £6.99 out of me before they actually sorted the claim out.
sent phone off to be repaired again after 2 weeks still nothing back from them so i rang them up and was told they had to phone me back.
so they rang back after 2 hours and told me that because the screen they had ordered was taking way too long to get there that i could just wait or get a new phone for the following day if i agreed to it. downfall was i had the htc one silver 32gb and was replaced with a htc one red 32gb. which isn't to bad since after dropping my other phone had chips out of the case where it had been dropped.
