“Completely terrible company, do not go near”

I was contacted by a representative who said he could save me money on my business line. After see my previous providers bills, he was sure that I'd save with Titan. He gave me a brochure entitled "Big savings for small businesses" and which inside says "Switch to Titan and your telephone calls and services will cost less than with any other provider. Guaranteed."
Since then, my bills have risen on average 150%!
The service department do not seem to realise that a 150% rise in costs is not a saving and are unable to bring my bills anywhere close to what they originally were.
Keep well away.
