“Delivery of two Zanussi cookers”

Should drop the "Rapid" from their name. Ordered two cookers on 08/08/14. Did not have in stock so accepted offered alternative, delivery promised for 15/08/14. On the day only one cooker arrived. No contact from Rapid re this, deliverers said would deliver second cooker a week later on Fri 22/08/14.

Got a call on 21/08/14 saying it would be delivered on Fri as arranged between 09:30 and 11:30. It did not arrive and there was no contact from anyone. So here I am, 18 days from ordering, with one cooker and having to waste time chasing the second. Is that "Rapid" service? I think not.
