“Great car”

Very slick company, pick up and driver excellent, really pleased with the car, great runner. One thing we were disappointed with was the additional cost of insurance that we were not expecting as we thought we had paid this but this was only fir minor issues such as scratched paintwork and not things like damaged wing mirrors and major collisions!! Although it wasn't a great amount, we weren't expecting it. The operator obviously had a script that was repeated to customers in front of us, none of whom were happy about this extra cost as they, as we thought we had already paid.
The drop off was also excellent, as we had a very early flight we had to drop off at another site but this was very efficient.
On the whole an excellent, efficient service and we would recommend and use again.
