“7 hour wait for Green Flag”

An elderly couple broke down outside my house this morning at 9 am. They phoned green flag 4 times on their mobile, each time Green Flag said someone would be there in half hour. Their phone credit eventually ran out and they asked to use my phone. At 4 pm they were still waiting for Green Flag. Each time Green Flag said they would call back but they never did.

I am with Green Flag but will not renew next year based on this couple's dreadful experience.
