Acorn insurance were quick to take a £300 DEPOSIT out of my bank account, then write to me 7days later saying there is NO INSURANCE COVER IN PLACE!
After taking a £300 deposit out of your bank anyone would automatically believe their policy is now active, however after driving nearly 300miles i recieve a letter stating i am not insured and no cover has EVER been in place!!
Discusting behaviour and on top of that, my £300 REFUND WILL TAKE 3 DAYS!!
So how am i suppossed to pay the £150 deposit on the new policy i have found, which is HALF THE PRICE YOU RIP OFF MERCHANTS, when ACORN INSURANCE owe me £300!??
