I placed an order online with Sewing World for a small amount of items, nothing unusual. Waited a couple of weeks, nothing arrived! So my long waste of time began...I had no response to any of my emails, my phone enquiries always had the same excuse and said I would receive my order, but I ever had any follow up. After many many weeks, infact a ridiculous amount of time really, because I really wanted these items, I finally gave up and asked for a refund. Even that didn't arrive! Thankfully paypal came to my rescue and I got my money back.
I had to write this as I'm still fuming having not lost my cool, I'm not like that. I just don't want anyone else to have the same horribly frustrating experience, they are completely useless, the manager is not interested to help his customers and they don't deserve to run a business. I would never treat my customers with such disregard, I could have been a happy regular customer as I need lots of sewing supplies for my business, their loss! I shop happily elsewhere and receive my orders within 3days.
