We had bought these Kitsch Chairs last year (arrived also with a delay) and assembled them. For a while one especially was dodgy, so they sent round the "independent engineer" who seemed to have fixed the problem and then said he would get Made to send us spare legs. That was back in May and nothing's happened so far. So I contacted them today and they got back to me with the engineer's report saying the cause was Customer Misuse and no mention of spare legs...the whole report was such a surprise (as the engineer never told us it was our fault that the legs were bent nor did he say no action was gonna be taken, on the contrary-he said he would order new legs for us!!!) and such a disappointment not to mention we'd never seen it until today when we asked what was going on. It's very obvious the chairs' quality isn't great and yeah, we're left super mad about the whole thing!
