DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. I submitted a request for a petrol engine and gave the car's reg. number, but the engine he sent was not compatible. Now the advisor is refusing to refund my return postage charges of £200, although his own policy, which he sent me, states he does if he sends the wrong part. There were 2 possibilities of engine for the car, but he obviously does not have the correct knowledge or expertise to be able to deliver the correct goods to his customers. He now tells me it is my fault, although all I submitted was "petrol engine " and car reg. number via the 1st Choice site, and he has emailed proof of this on 1st Choice headed paper twice.

He is very rude and very unprofessional and I would recommend that you avoid doing any kind of business with him.
