“bad service”

I rang and spoke on the phone to a talk talk rep on Sunday this week and was told that the order had been placed and I would receive an email with the order number etc etc.....today I rang to advise that there was no email and was told that due to a software error my order had not been placed! I was then transferred four times to different people who could not deal with me till I finally spoke with a male rep about placing this order that I have just done on line (76596614) myself but am now going to be without the second mobile phone I need! I have my landline, broadband, business landline and business broadband with you together with my current mobile 07867113758 and I was wanting to be put through to the loyalty team in order that I could discuss a discount on my additional mobile phone - I feel let down that my order had not been placed and no one saw fit to contact me to advise me of this. We are spending on 5 products with yourselves (including our tv box) and would have expected a little better service. I have now placed the order of the mobile but would like to be advised of a DIRECT telephone number that I can ring and speak with your loyalty team once the phone arrives. thank you in anticipation.
