“overpriced”

We took out this policy as recommended by our vet. At £25 a month to insure a young cross breed pup we thought it was a little pricey but felt that claiming would be easier as our vet practice is a vetsure practice. Arranging the policy was straight forward but it is a shame we couldn't change our dd date to two days later. Vetsure wanted another month instalment upfront to make the change so that would've been 2 instalments in one month which unfortunately we couldn't afford. Sadly I am considering cancelling this policy purely from their lack of customer service. With the amount we are paying you expect a much smoother experience.
