I have been hunting for a good price for my flights, the number of time I go to different website and discovered the price is not what they promise. To be honest I wasn't expecting anything and was totally shocked.
Not only were they able to book my exact date but also the price promise on their website.
As a hard of hearing person, I am reluctant to use the phone, it was nice to do a live chat. Here is the best bit, I was able to book it online without having to use the phone. A massive thumbs up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ps The price was the best I have found.
