“Disgusting train staff”

Absolutely disgusting service from one member of staff on the train. Incredibly patronising and up in my face for atleast 2 minutes. I'm currently a college student and used my college ID pass for discount on the train from Cwmbran to Cardiff (I wasn't aware that my college pass wasn't legible for discount on trains at the time). The man who checked my ticket asked to see my 'Railcard' which I didn't have as I've never used a railcard before and never owned one. I explained to him that I had a discounted ticket because I used my college ID pass. He then got up in my face, telling me how I had to have a railcard and giving me information on rail cards. He then stared at me for a good 10 seconds, shook his head and said 'Do you understand?' I replied politely 'Yes.' He then stared at me for a further 10 seconds with an awful look on his face. He began to walk away from me and said 'I should really charge you full price for what you did.' The information they provide at train stations are very poor. The cost for a train is disgusting and day light robbery too.
