I bought a camera advertised as being in excellent condition and working order. Rocky was away, but the communication from his site was good, and my camera came quickly one he had returned. However, the meter doesn't work. I contacted Rocky who asked me to return the camera. I was planning to do so, after checking that he would pay the postage costs. Then I found the comments on this site, for which I am grateful, since it may have saved me loosing another £5 to return the item, and still not get my money back. I'm going to ask PayPal to get involved.
