“Appalling customer service ”

Went in to sell an old iPhone 4s, after them initially saying they'd buy it there and then i chose to take some time to think about it. I then returned to accept the deal and they told me i needed the charger cable. After going home to get the cable i returned for them to then say i needed the plug head. Angrily after chasing around Eastbourne for an hour to get things sorted for the phone I told them they never said that. To my surprise I had all four cashiers talking down to me, an 18 year old girl by myself, making me feel so intimidated and humiliated, as other customers listened in to the rude employees shout at me. I left with my old phone and wish never to return. Quite frankly I am shocked at how disrespectful the staff are and the appalling attitude they have.
