“absolutely rubbish - never using again”

I joined the gym and been paying since May however did not attend due to other commitments.
Today when I felt like going. The door would not open when I entered my pin. So I assumed there might be a fault with that door. Waited approx 20 mins for someone to leave so I could enter.
Entered pin on the internal entry but still no luck.
Logged into my account where it said I had to complete a poxy questionnaire before my account goes live! Completed that but still no luck and could no enter!

WHY WERE YOU TAKING MONTHLY PAYMENTS IF THE PIN WAS NOT YET LIVE. TOTAL RIP OFF. WILL BE CANCELLING MY DIRECT DEBIT AND NEVER JOINING AGAIN!
