We are hosts and since Niumba started to ask for listings, since we are already on tripadvisor, we have listed some apartments. Well, after bookings for over 3000 euros, since may 2014, we did not received the money. They are finding all type of excuses instead of making the bank transfer. Really terrible situation. ANd the worst thing is that they are part of Tripadvisor! We already work with them by holidaylettings and everything works well for almost a year. No words! IT is also quite impossible to get replies, and if you call the customer service they will keep you hours on the line...
Clients also paid the breakage deposit and they are getting mad at us and at Niumba, but obviously we cannot pay back what Niumba is not paying to us. regards
