DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THE CHEAP PRICE THEY OFFER, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FAIL TO DELIVER YOUR GOODS. I AM ONE OF MANY VICTIMS OF THIS!!!!!
On 10th July 2014 My order for Nexus 10 Tablet was placed
On 14th July My account was debited by £219.91 paid to SimplyElectronic
After numerous complaints from me, and reassurances from SimplyElectronic that my order is being prioritised and will be dispatched, SimplyElectronic failed to send me my order.
On 31st July 2014 Simplyelectronic admitted that the item is not available after taking my money and misleading me that my order is prioritised.
On 1st August 2014 I cancelled my order for breach of contract and requested full refund by 5th August.
1st August 2014 Simplyelectronic responded to my email of the 1st August stating “can take up to 2 weeks on occasion for the refund to be initiated due to current processes we have in place”
On 4th August 2014 I wrote another email Simplyelectronic outlining the issues above and stating that given the fact that SimplyElectronics has collected my money for over 25 days I am requesting that my full money is refunded by 5th August 2014 as per my email dated 1st August, failing which I will charge 8% in addition to my initial payment making a total of £238.
Today 21st August 2014 I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND NEITHER ANY GOODS. I have sought legal advice and had informed Simplyelectronics that this is my last communication with them from now on my legal representative will be dealing with the matter.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEM FROM THEM
