“Lying, Dishonest, Deceitful”

After being sent tracking info on a parcel on Express 24 delivery I waited in all day, phoned the customer services at around 11am to make sure that the parcel was being delivered today which they confirmed, at 3pm and still no sign of the parcel I contacted the Coventry depot to be told the driver was making collections and he should make the delivery if he had time!!!!!!!!!. I called the company sending the parcel to be told they couldn't do anything at all. I recheck the tracking information to find that the delivery driver has actually claimed he tried to make delivery which is an outright LIE as I've been in and no one can actually drive on to the private road without my dog letting us know that we are due a visit.

Nearly an hour after recontacting the coventry depot I am still waiting to hear back about redelivery and what is going to happen to the driver who lied to get out of making deliveries so he could finish work early.
