“Utterly incompetent administration”

Swinton apply a standard £25 administration fee for any change made to a policy. To get the change made to mine, I had to wait for a call which never came - I had to change it. There was no change to my premium despite the new bike being half the size, of lesser value. Swinton were unable to explain.
Having complained and asked for the administration fee to be refunded, I was transferred to The Senior Complaints Handler who took two months to reply.
The letter I received said my complaint was upheld and then went on to say it wasn't.
I dread to think how they would handle a claim if I made one. I'll definately go elsewhere at renewal time
