The website was very well set out, containing photos of each resort, displaying a very wide range of different room and boarding options, something for every budget and holiday plan. Each hotel displayed a thorough list of reviews left by previous customers.
As well as purchasing flights and hotel as part of the package holiday, we had the option to purchase hotel-airport transfers, a hop-on-hop off bus tour of Malta, checking in baggage for our flights. Everything you could possibly need to book for the holiday was no more than a click away.

As soon as we booked the holiday, our travel documents were emailed to us straight away. ATOL certificate, transfer documents, accommodation documents. We booked late on a Friday evening but the service was still excellent.
Along with the booking documents, we received additional information about checking in for our flight.
With regard to booking the package and payment, the website had various payment options, like paying a deposit or paying everything up front. Furthermore you can pay by either credit or debit card. Payment is taken within a few working days.

This was our first experience of booking a package holiday, it was stress free and the service we received was excellent. We will definitely be using travel republic again in the future!
