(1) A true Professional! Came across in this manner while he was assisting me, rarely do tech/customer support reps make customers feel like they are being heard. Having an IT background I can understand why some customers could be blown off when providing their input or questions which are completely irrelevant to the matter at hand. However, it comes with the job and must be handled accordingly precisely as your support member had done.
(2) Knowledgeable and an Excellent Communicator - He explained why he was asking me certain things while troubleshooting and thoroughly explaining what it was he was asking and possible outcomes.
