“Disgraceful customer service”

I have been attempting to stop receiving e mails from tesco direct addressed to my elderly aunt but this has proved impossible. My aunt who used to shop online is now in a nursing home with alzheimers and terminally ill. I have told them this. I have repeatedly asked them to stop sending e mails addressed to her as it is upsetting. I have unsubscribed numerous times and sent them e mails asking them to stop but they take no notice. What is wrong with these people.
