I have bought pay monthly phone back in December 2013,I been on holidays and while coming back I lost my phone.
I am writing this review related to to things.
1. COMPLAIN HANDLING.
when I try to make a claim they asked me to pay £150.0, which during purchase of phone it was been told that there will not be any access fee.
So I said to person on phone while making claim that I can't pay this amount as on this amount i can get a new phone set from market.
I asked how to complain and they given me web address, which i launched but nobody even bother to look into that complain. I tried to talk to them on phone but they over & over again told me same web address. so Please don't think that you can complain any thing to virgin ever. no way...
2. MAKING CLAIM
When I try to make a claim they refer me asurion Europe. when I call they told me that your policy is been revoked. and upon my asking they refer me to virgin team.
I have never ever thing of such a bad experience from such big company.
I would have given less than one Star However this webpage doesn't allow me.
I can suggest that Please Don't purchase any thing from Virgin and especially insurance.
