Overall, I was satisfied with Pass N Go, however I did think they could have done things better. I liked the booklet that kept track of how you were progressing. I think this would be great if you had never driven before, and wanted to learn to drive. However, I had held a license in another country, and just needed to learn to drive a manual car and practice driving on UK roads. This is where I didn't think my instructor was very good...we had to stick to the order he usually taught in. There was very little flexibility. I felt like I wasted time 'learning' things I knew from my previous driving experiences. In addition, my instructor did nothing to prepare me for the show me/tell me questions until I asked about them.
In general, the office staff were good. Booking tests was easy. Unfortunately, they didn't really explain the requirements for an intensive course over the phone, so when I met my instructor for the first time, I had already paid the deposit, but I couldn't do enough hours in a week to do the intensive course as I was working full-time.
In summary, Pass N Go are probably a good driving school as it is structured very well. I just don't think I got the best advise or instructor for my particular situation.
