Excellent service from Thomas Sanderson's representative and later from the installer, John Wootton. He provided all the necessary information in a friendly way, without being pushy. The Duette blinds were promptly and efficiently installed and have transformed my small conservatory. Apart from the effect on my bank balance, a pleasant experience all round.
