“Good Apr but terrible customer service”

Applying online was the easiest part, paid extra for the courier service, the next available time was a monday morning (the same day the original papers arrived) after that £50 well wasted, the courier man said they would recieve it the next day and they will deposit in then, tuesday evening came and still no money so I ring up to see if they had recieved the paperwork ok. woman on the phone said they had and it will be in my account in the next few hours. Wednesday morning comes and still no money. rang up to talk to a young girl who kept putting me on hold while she found my application. she eventually hung up when she couldn't find my record. ring back after 10 minutes waiting on advisor, another young male answers, exact same story couldn't find my record so he just hung up. Third time lucky an older woman answers. finds my record no problem but tells me my money won't be in until friday. even though it takes 2-3 days.

do not get the courier service, waste of time as they are just going to take as long anyway
