“Worth the wait??”

It took 18 working days from the date my phone was checked and 'accepted' for my payment to be processed. It took an email and a further phone call before they processed the payment despite the website T&Cs stating that payments are processed within 7 working days. I didn't expect to have to chase them up to get my money! Despite my email and phone call I have yet to receive an explanation as to why it took so long or an apology for the delay. I chose RPC because they had good reviews but have had a better experience with a difference recycle company in the past. Very disappointing.
