Applied for an account, I am a new business and from the looks of the information, this was a good and easy way to set up. Applied, and was immediately declined.

Called Cash Plus to find out why, from the very little information I gave, I would be declined so quickly. The reason is that I rent an office in a larger entrepreneurial space. I have space, a lease, a mailbox. But because there are other companies in the space, they view that as a "forwarding address."

So, I asked "OK, well it isn't, it's a proper office. Can I re-apply in another way?" "No, you will be rejected automatically because the system does not believe you are a proper office." "Is there a way to override the system? Like, apply directly to a human?" "I'm afraid you cannot."

Bizarre. I said "Look, I am trying to give you my money. What can I do?" "Change the business address at Companies House." Seriously??????

It is a ridiculous service. Do not waste your time.
