“Disappointed”

Not happy with quality of the items and the length of time it took to rectify faults. Ordered a table and 4 chairs, paid £39 extra for delivery faster within 7 or 10 days. Items have been delivered however 3 out of 4 chairs were faulty and table top had multiple scratches and a discoloured wood bit. It took approx 2 weeks for the furniture specialist to arrive and have a look at the furniture. He agreed that 2 chairs needs to be replaced and he said he could not fix the scratches on the table. Received confirmation that OFL will exchange table top and 2 chairs. Some week later we have received 2 new chairs and table top. Chairs were fine however the table top was 5 times more scratched than the first one we have received!! Again had to wait for the furniture specialist visit and this time, to my surprise, he could fix the scratches even though there were far more visible than on the first table. Overall it took more than 6 weeks to have all faults rectified, 3 days off work and the inconvenience of keeping 2 large boxes (to put 2 chairs each in them)and a box used to pack the table top.
We are not happy with the overall experience and very likely we will not purchase anything from OFL again.
Two positives were Paul from your Ruislip store and Dawn from Homeserve or OFL customer services - they were very helpful.
