“paid 20 GBP for large but got small bouquet”

Selected the 20 GBP Large option, however the bouquet that arrived did not have any additional flowers than the one which is shown as 'regular'
In addition the arrangement on the photo is well done with the flowers in different length so they are all visible and layered, the ones that arrived were all of identical length and there was no specific arrangement at all
The vase in the photo is purple, the one that arrived looks different shape and also is not purple.
On top of this the quality of the flowers was not great, some showing age and others damaged.
Overall the bouquet fell very far short of my expectation at this price point.
