BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE-
We purchased our 2 sofas with 5years warranty June 2013, following September, the 'leather' started sagging, dents appeared, 6 months down the road, dents changed to rips, Leather Sofa World been contacted since March 2014, Customer Service and Management, appalling, who have not only ignored my numerous attempts in contacting them to replace my sofas, but have mislead us into thinking our case would be dealt with, this includes members of management.
Meanwhile, clock ticking on warranty, breach of policy.
NEED BOTH SOFAS REPLACED, STILL WAITING 6 MONTHS AFTER FIRST COMPLAINT, this includes the charges on the 0844 number that keep mounting.
