“Delighted with the results”

My son's Fiesta had some knocks on the wheel arch caused by careless opening of doors by another driver. We went to Ford and another repair location nearby and were horrified by the price and the time it would take. I remembered seeing your 'come to your home' service and inquired. The cost was much better and the appointment availability was most acceptable.

On the day the repair van arrived slightly early (no problem). The van parked on our drive and the operator erected his tent around it and then drove the van out and my son's car in. He spent a long time preparing the wheel arch and sanding it down before applying the final paint coat. He was courteous and ready to explain what was happening.

The colour match was perfect and the finish is also faultless. Even running a finger along the repaired area gives no hint that there used to be dents there. My son is delighted with the results.

We will watch carefully to see if there is any differential fading between the new paint and the original panels. I have no evidence to suggest that there might be: it's just the sort of thing to look out for.
