“bad practice”

We have been paying out for the insurance now for 2 years i lost my phone and the police now class it as stolen put in a claim to get declined and we have paid more money into this insurance company then what my phone is now worth. We was first told that we was protected for lost to now get told we was not. So to all you people who think you are covered for lost. I am sorry to tell you you are not.
