“You have embarrassed us in front of our whole family”

We paid $90.00 may I repeat $90.00 for the small and cheep flowers you sent to our family member in her passing. It was $5.00 worth of flowers from Walmart in a basket that was pick up at a dollar store. We were so embarrassed I took the card off of it ! I will never use this site again, and make sure not 1 family or friend will either I am posting the picture of what your company thinks is a fitting way to say goodbye to a beloved family member onFacebook for everyone to see!
