I was told that the delivery would be within 24hours and it was not possible to deliver any later than that which made me take a day off from work with 12hours notice. The delivery was going to be next day in between 9-13. I have waited and waited... At 5 pm I called ikea and was tpld to wait... Wait and wait until 6 and called them back. They have assured me that they will deliver on the same day... I called another time and the costumer service gave me the number of the driver. I called the drived 9 times and left 3 voice mails. No answer. I have waited until 9 pm. I went to ikea to complain and I was told that there was a problem and for sure next day the delivery was going to be at my new property and I would receive a call 1 hour before to give me time to be there. 1 day off at work which was useless... Next day at 10 I received a call from ikea saying they wouls be at the property in 5 minutes. I was still living in my old property which is 20 min away. I told them to wait...
The worst service I have ever seen! I do not recommend at all!!!
