“Very average experience ”

Used low cost holidays to book a week in salou for seven of us between age 71 and 3. I had a number of issues getting the holiday paid for, whe staff in lch didn't do what they said they would do.
Flight and transfer was fine. We stayed in the best San Diego. None of our requests we're meet by the hotel .. Adjoining rooms or on a low floor.
Had opted for half board based on reviews of the hotel and it's food .. Turned out the food for breakfast was average .. The food for dinner was generally terrible, resulting in us eating out a few nights resulting in increased expense.
Staff were not particularly friendly but they seem to work from morning to night with very little time off !!
The nightly entertainment was not of a great standard.
I would not recommend the hotel and not sure if I'd use low cost holidays again
