“Excellent service”

My dog needed a major operation on her leg as her cruciate ligament ruptured - she needed an X-ray to discover the extent of the damage, then the operation itself. She is a large dog so the cost of all this was high.
We were so impressed that the insurance payment arrived very quickly (within days of submitting our claim)Also, the procedure was straightforward and the form clearly presented
I would definitely recommend Animal Friends Pet insurance to my friends as a very helpful, approachable and efficient service
